Although I am unaware of any specific reports of Yellowish Pipit, I must assume that it makes the Canopy Tower birdlist
by virtue of sightings from the grasslands around El Chirú, in southern Coclé (although Tocumen Marsh is another possible site).
Ridgely describes the bird as very local from the entire Pacific slope, and it is possibly becoming more so due to a general degradation of preferred
habitat (a farm is not a savanna to a bird that prefers the latter). Any reports of Yellowish Pipit would be most welcome.
