| This raptor of the forest interior is uncommon to rare in Panama, although I have it reported with some regularity on field trips in the region. Recent sightings at Altos del Maria suggest that it may be regular in this sparsely-inhabited area, so it will be interesting to see if future observations bear out this theory. |
