| This shy quail is extremely rare in central Panama, perhaps most likely in the more remote reaches of Pipeline Road, although I am unaware of any recent sightings. As is the case with most "game birds" (god how I hate that term!) it has been adversely affected by human pressures, and any sighting is considered serendipitous. |
